Overview
Karighar connects Karachi households with verified plumbers, electricians and AC technicians. The redesign turns booking a home-service pro into a calm, three-tap flow: pick a service, watch your pro arrive on a live map, and pay cash on completion.
The challenge
The app had to earn trust from people letting a stranger into their home, work for cash-first customers, and stay simple on budget Android phones, all without hiding the details people need before they confirm a job.

Problem
- No way to tell a vetted pro from an unknown one before booking.
- After booking, customers were left guessing when the pro would arrive.
- Payment and pricing only became clear at the door.

- CNIC-verified pros with ratings and job counts on every card.
- Ride-app style live tracking from confirmation to arrival.
- A cash-first checkout with the full breakdown before you confirm.
- One saffron action per screen, so the next step is never in doubt.
