Skills are folders of instructions that Claude Code loads when a task calls for them. Ours sit in one plugin, principal-skills. One is built and two are planned.

What it does

Studies 3 to 5 comparable products online before asking you anything
Asks at most two rounds of questions
Writes a stack card and two hosting cost tiers with dated prices
Adds upgrade triggers, C4 diagrams, a data model, ADRs, a CI pipeline and a deployment runbook
Stops for your approval before anything is built
