Overview
iFund is a two-sided marketplace for property and business funding. Borrowers post what they need, every lender match is scored, and both sides talk and close inside one app on iOS and Android.
The challenge
Funding requests lived in emails and spreadsheets. Lenders had to wade through leads that did not fit their criteria, and borrowers had no idea who was looking. The product needed matching, messaging and bank-grade security in a single mobile flow.

problem / solution
What we set out to fix
Problem
- Lenders spent their time on leads outside their region or ticket size.
- Borrowers posted requests into the void, with no status or response.
- Sensitive financial details needed stronger security than a password.
Solution
- Scored lender matches, so the strongest leads come first.
- A real-time leads pipeline from first match to funded.
- In-app chat with attachments, presence and unread counts.
- Face ID, two-factor sign-in and a login-activity log.
