GaragePal Auto-Service Marketplace, Mobile App and Garage Dashboard

Overview
GaragePal connects drivers with vetted garages in Canada and Qatar. Drivers find a nearby garage, book a service and track their car in the app; garage owners run bookings, staff, customers and messages from a web dashboard.
The challenge
Booking car service still meant phone calls and guesswork about price and timing. The marketplace needed a driver app simple enough for a quick booking and a garage dashboard strong enough to run a workshop day.

problem / solution
What we set out to fix
Problem
- Drivers could not compare garages, prices or availability.
- Once a car was dropped off, its status was a phone call away.
- Garages juggled bookings, staff and customers across tools.
Solution
- Search nearby vetted garages on a map, with reviews.
- Book a service and follow the job live in the app.
- A garage dashboard for bookings, appointments, staff and customers.
- In-app messaging between drivers and garages.
