~/process · how a project runs

From idea to production

The same five stages on every project, with something you can open and test at the end of each one.

01

Discover

We learn the business, the users and the numbers that matter, then agree what version one has to do.

You get: a written scope and estimate
02

Design

Flows, wireframes and a clickable prototype in your brand, tested before a line of production code.

You get: a prototype you can click
03

Build

Short sprints with a working build you can open every week, not a big reveal at the end.

You get: weekly builds and demos
04

Ship

Store submissions, domains, monitoring and a launch checklist, handled with you.

You get: a live product
05

Support

Fixes, new features and performance work after launch, from the same people who built it.

You get: a team that knows the code

~/faq

Mobile apps: questions

Should we build native or with React Native?

For most products React Native with Expo is the right call: one codebase ships to iOS and Android, so you pay for one team. We recommend fully native code only when an app needs deep device features.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Yes. We prepare store listings, screenshots and privacy details, handle review feedback and set up release builds for both stores.

Can the app share a backend with our web dashboard?

Yes, and it usually should. GaragePal, for example, has a driver app and a garage-owner web dashboard running on one backend.
